CONSTRUCTION:
- Solid copper conductor, bare
- Bunches twisted in layers
- Individual cores insulated with PE
- Cores twisted to form star quads, 5 star quads twisted forming a bunch
- PVC outher sheath grey RAL 7032
- Static screen made of plastics laminated metal foil with CU tracer wire
- Core marking: The cores of the five star quads of a bunch are coloured as follows (primary colours): star quads: 1 red -2 green 3 – grey 4 – yellow 5 – white. The single cores of a quad are marked with black rings. If the cable consists of several bunches, the counting bunch is provided with a red identification spiral made of plastic tape. All other bunches are provided with white or nature coloured spirals.
- Counting order: The quads of any bunch are counted in the order of the primary colours. When using cables > 5 quads the bunches are counted starting with the counting bunch and then proceeding consecutively in the same direction for all individual quads.
