This cable is used to connect bus segments using the RS485 1158-2 transmission methods by means of segment couplers.

CONSTRUCTION:
- Copper conductor
- Cores insulated with expanded PE
- Coloured cores, red an green
- Twisted with blind cores in voids
- Screened with composite aluminium foil and tinned copper braid
- Inner bedding
- Outer sheath made of special flame retardant PVC (equivalent to VDE 0472 part 804 test type B)
- Sheath colour: black, blue for applications in locations with potential explosion hazard
Fast Connect System:
The cable design makes the fast connection engineering with IDC (Insulation Displacement Connector) possible. Preparation of connection with suitable dismantling tools.
